ROOM
REGULATIONS
Ø NO SMOKING INSIDE, all
smoking must be done outside.
Ø NO COOKING inside
the cabins.
Ø Laundry
service is FREE.
Ø The
facilities are only for registered guest. You may have personal guests if you
notify us in advance.
Ø If you
have anything of great value, we will happily hold it for you. Never leave
valuables in your cabin.
Ø For
security reasons, always keep the wooden
heater closed and have a low fire. If you need the heat adjusted just let
us know and we will take care of it.
Ø If you use candles, never leave them
unattended.
Ø Your
room has an emergency lamp, please leave it plugged in while using it.
Ø The hot
water only works when the generator is on. If there is no hot water, let us
know and we will take care of it.
Ø DO NOT DRINK THE TAP WATER, you
will find mineral water in your cabin.
Ø We have
towels for the hot tub, if you need them, let us know.
Ø All
cabins have FREE WiFi.
Ø You
will be charged for ANY DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS.

REGULATIONS
FOR THE BOAT EXCURSIONS
For
your own safety:
The tours are subject to weather conditions.
-. The captain of the boat will
determine if the tour can be taken or not.
If weather conditions do not permit, you may
choose to change the tour to another day or cancel it indefinitely.
-. If the weather conditions change once the
tour has begun and needs to be suspended, you may choose to continue the tour
another day or cancel it indefinitely, in this case 50% of the cost of the tour
will be refunded if you have not been out for half the time of the scheduled
tour.
The maximum waiting time for passengers is an
hour.
If you would like to cancel it should be done 24
hours prior to the excursion. In this
case, the money will be refunded.
The captain will determine when to return and what locations can
be visited. The captain’s decisions should be respected.
The captain will set forth the rules of the
excursion and
they are to be obeyed at all times.
Drinking alcohol is not permitted on the
excursions.
A box lunch will be provided according to the length
of the tour.
We have insurance for passengers, but it will not cover
any irresponsible or dangerous acts on your part.

In order to secure the reservations, a deposit of 25% of the cost of your
reservation is required. It is to be made into the designated account upon
reservation, at least one month beforehand. Once the deposit is made, you will

The remaining of the cost of the reservation is
